Brittney D’Anelli has twenty years of experience in the Beauty Industry, focusing on Color, Makeup Artistry and Education. A master of her craft, she specializes in transformative color and curly cutting; striving to help her guests embrace themselves wholeheartedly.
A crusader for Sustainable Beauty, she is proud to be a Davines Educator and Ambassador, hoping to lead by example of the impact of working as a sustainable stylist. Known for her candid demeanor and lively banter, sitting in her chair is most definitely an encouraging experience right from the start. Passionate about the things she cares about, she enjoys discussing ideas, dreams and the meaning of life.
When she’s not behind the chair she’s busy traveling the world with her partner, dabbling in artistic hobbies, or managing her gaggle of pets!

April Bessey-Martin is a seasoned stylist with over a decade of experience, a Davines educator, and a certified Invisible Bead Extensions® (IBE) specialist. She’s known for creating custom, elevated looks that align with each client’s lifestyle, specializing in effortless blonding techniques that grow out beautifully and feel naturally you.
With a calm presence and thoughtful approach, April offers more than just beautiful hair—she creates a space where clients feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. Her chair is a place to unwind and leave not just looking radiant, but feeling deeply renewed.
When she’s not behind the chair, April enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and staying active.

Hair Stylist
Kelsey Castronova has been working in salons since childhood, and now proudly has fifteen years of experience under her belt as a Stylist. With a focus on blonding, balayage, and extension services, she is passionate about creating a signature look to suit your lifestyle. She prides herself on building a connected relationship with each guest to create a safe space, so you leave feeling incredible and renewed.
When she’s not behind the chair she’s busy being a mom, an auto-immune warrior and a Flight Attendant; fancy that!

Co-Owner, Reiki Master
Lexy Gillett is a Reiki Master Teacher and holistic healer with a background in biology and the natural sciences. Her work blends intuitive energy healing with an earth-based approach, creating a space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic realignment. Each session with Lexy is deeply personalized and rooted in presence. She weaves together Reiki, breathwork, and body-based guidance to help you reconnect with your natural rhythm and inner clarity.
Lexy also offers Aura Photography—a visual snapshot of your energetic field—paired with thoughtful, personalized insight. For those feeling called to deepen their journey, she provides Reiki training and mentorship along the path of intuitive healing.
When she’s not sharing her gifts with HEX, you can usually find Lexy spending time in nature with her pups, rockhounding, or creating a vast array of art.
