Beginning with a new stylist is personal, and we believe the first step should feel thoughtful, clear, and aligned. HEX is a private studio with established artists who take on a limited number of new guests each year. Our goal is to build lasting client relationships, so we are intentional about the work we take on, the timing required, and the experience we are here to create.

All new hair guests begin with a consultation process before salon services are reserved. We first secure up to 15 minutes for a video chat so we can hear more about your goals, review your hair history, and determine the best next step. From there, an in-person consultation may be scheduled before moving into service time.

HEX is a time-based studio with an hourly rate, so every part of the experience is reserved with intention, including consultation, planning, and service time.
