Welcome to the bakery side of HEX.
What started with a few sourdough loaves for friends and clients has quickly taken on a life of its own. Behind the scenes, our licensed cottage bakery is turning out naturally fermented breads, sweet and savory buns, cinnamon rolls, cookies, handmade pasta, and other small-batch offerings whenever inspiration strikes.
And we’re only getting started.
As the seasons unfold, expect pickled vegetables, jellies and jams, garden harvests, dinner baskets, subscription offerings, and other homestead-inspired provisions to quietly make their way onto the menu.
Think of it as our little speakeasy bakery, shared first with the people already gathered around our table.
